Tech Lab 2020 was founded in 2001 by a few IT professionals from AT&T. At that telecommunications giant this was the team that built the computing environment for all employees of "Local Operations". All Local Services' desktop and laptop computers, servers, networking infrastructure, computing processes and procedures and user training were designed and implemented by this team.

Q: What kind of clients do you work with?

A: Tech Lab 2020 works with everyone from residential clients and small/medium-sized companies to multi-nationals firms and government.

Q: I’m a residential customer and my PC isn’t working right. I’ve tried fixing it myself, and have gone so far as calling Dell/Compaq/Gateway for help. They recommend that I insert this “product recovery” CD and blow away all my data. I don’t want to do that, but I need to get my PC back. What can I do?
